THIS IS WHO WE ARE

The harvest is white, but the laborers are few. Elisha Initiative was birthed from the destiny call and cry of Dr. Russ Moyer to raise up a generation of leaders to run the race with passion.

Founded in 2007 by Dr. Russ and Pastor Mave Moyer, Spirit Ministries Training Centre (SMTC), a day-time Bible School, was birthed to train and equip leaders; men and women to move in the power of the Spirit and be released into their God-given destiny.

Hundreds of full-time and part-time students dedicated their lives to becoming equipped and prepared for their future. Over the years, SMTC expanded from a day school to evening classes, online courses, summer schools and satellite schools.

Today, the Elisha Initiative recaptures the original vision to train up and mentor the leaders that will help to usher in the last great revival harvest. Unlike traditional Bible Schools, the Elisha Initiative focuses on equipping with a complement of online and specialty in-person schools that are Spirit-led, with goal of impartation and activation.

Our Vision

Elisha Initiative exists to contend for the restoration of apostolic leadership and prophetic leadership influence in the Church today. We believe in the full restoration of all five ministry gifts listed in Ephesians 4:11-12. We also believe in and contend for the supernatural power, gifts, and fruit of the Holy Spirit.

We desire to see a consecrated company of ministers raised up who are dedicated to proclaiming and demonstrating the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the nations with signs, miracles and wonders following.

We also believe in the day of the saints. Believers of all walks of life being equipped and walking in their calling in the power and demonstration of the Holy Spirit.

Our Mission

Elisha Initiative under the covering of Eagle Worldwide Ministries is a prophetic, apostolic ministry called to bring Revival fire to the nations and to challenge, empower and equip the church of Jesus Christ with a powerful message of holiness and hope. We will focus on the restoration of foundational truths, preparing and equipping the saints for the end time harvest through teaching, impartation and demonstrations of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit.

We believe that this end time move of God’s Spirit will be one of holiness, accompanied by signs, wonders, miracles and manifestations of the Glory of our God. Realizing that time is short, we intend to use every means available to spread the Saving and Healing Gospel of Jesus Christ to the nations of the world, including a full range of multimedia, miracle crusades, teaching and practical ministry seminars and meetings in small and large churches alike.

THE BIBLE
The Bible is the inspired and infallible authoritative Word of God.

TRINITY
There is one God eternally manifested in the Persons of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
(Matthew 28:18-20; Colossians 2:9; Romans 1:20)

THE SON
In the virgin birth of Jesus Christ, in His vicarious and atoning sacrifice through His shed Blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension, and in His personal return in power and glory upon the earth.

THE HOLY SPIRIT
The Gospel includes holiness of heart and life, healing of the body, and a definite personal experience with the Holy Spirit whereby the gifts of the Spirit become active in the life of the believer. This work of the Holy Spirit is for men, women, and children.

SALVATION
Regeneration and conversion through faith in Jesus Christ is absolutely essential for the salvation of lost and sinful humanity.
(Romans 10:9-10; Ephesians 2:8)

WATER BAPTISM
Water baptism is not a saving ordinance but is essential in obedience to the Gospel and should be administered by immersion.
(Acts 1:5)

RESURRECTION
In the bodily resurrection of believers at the end time and the judgment of all mankind; the just unto eternal life the unjust into eternal damnation.

UNITY
In the spiritual unity of all believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

THE FIVE-FOLD MINISTRY
In the full function of the five-fold ministry, which was given to perfect and equip the saints so they can enter into the work of their ministry, thereby edifying the whole Body of Christ.

MARRIAGE
Marriage is a holy sacrament ordained by God as a union of one man and one woman in covenant relationship.

EQUALITY IN MINISTRY
Both men and women may be called to service church ministry without restriction due to gender.
